Munson Angus Farms - Black Horse Hitch, LLC is proud to announce an expanded business venture. Cathie Dunn has been cooking outstanding meals for our farm crew for several years. We can verify that she uses a home cooked approach and has the ability to turn high quality food products into the best tasting dishes you could ever imagine. Cathie will be using our Munson Premium Angus Beef for all her beef menu items. The majority of her menus will be a variety of beef products plus side dishes and desserts; however, we realize that some people, other than the Munson’s, do eat other meats besides beef. She will also have some pork, and fish menu items. Her menu will include low calorie items – such as steak salads, dressings and desserts made with Splenda as well as other items made with regular ingredients. We will include no fried products. Meats will be prepared on a wood pelleted grill. If you have never experienced the flavors from this form of cooking you do not know what you're are missing. Her menu will change every week. Meals need to be ordered by reservation 24 hours in advance. We will deliver on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Organizations meeting on Mondays or Wednesdays need to contact us. Limited delivery for sufficiently large groups can be arranged for those days.

Standard box lunches will include a meat, side dish, bread/rolls or crackers and dessert at a price of $12.00 + tax with a minimum of 5 boxes delivered to your business between 11:00 and 1:00. Some special menu selections may be offered at market prices.

Examples of a standard box lunch would be a 1/3 lb Hand Formed Thick Munson Premium Angus Burger, Side Salad with your choice of dressing, and Cathie’s Home baked Chocolate Chip/Oatmeal Cookies. Another selection might include a Large Mixed Greens Salad with Munson Premium Angus Sirloin Steak Strips, and a dessert. If you prefer fish, your box might include a Homemade Tuna Salad on a bed of lettuce with a Croissant, Coleslaw, and Cathie’s Lemon Bars.
